Akce "Vaše Evropa, Váš hlas" je zaměřena na mladé lidi ve věku 16-17 let a uskuteční se v Bruselu 15.-17. 04. 2010. EHSV hradí cestovní náklady a ubytování 3 studentům z každé školy a jejich učitelskému dozoru. Termín přihlášení: 15. 01. 2010.

The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) is organising, for the first time, a major European event – "Your Europe, your say" – aimed exclusively at young people aged 16 -17. It will take place in Brussels from 15-17 April 2010. We are inviting pupils from the penultimate year of secondary school in the 27 Member States of the European Union to play the role of EESC members by taking part in a mock plenary session. This exceptional experience will enable them to find out about the EESC's role within the European Union and to understand the decision-making processes.
This will be a rare opportunity for the Young participants to debate a specific subject in a multicultural environment: to think, put forward arguments, negotiate and find a compromise. Above and beyond the work on the pre-determined topic, they will be able to discuss Europe and many other subjects, talk with young people from a whole range of backgrounds, discover new cultures and go home with a lot of memories that they will not forget.
We would therefore warmly invite you to encourage secondary education establishments connected with your administration/organisation/network to register or, if you are a teacher or head teacher in such an establishment, to register it – via our website – for this exceptional project by 15. Le Comité économique et social européen (CESE) organise, pour la première fois, un événement d'envergure européenne – "Your Europe, your say" ("Ton Europe, ton avis") – avec la participation exclusive de jeunes de 16-17 ans, qui se déroulera du 15 au 17 avril 2010 à Bruxelles. Nous invitons des élèves d’avant-dernière année de cycle secondaire, issus des 27 États membres de l'Union européenne, à jouer le rôle des membres du CESE en participant à une simulation de session plénière.
Cette expérience extraordinaire leur permettra de découvrir le rôle du CESE au sein de l’Union européenne et de comprendre les processus de prise de décision. Ce sera une occasion hors du commun pour les jeunes participants de débattre sur un sujet concret dans un environnement multiculturel: réfléchir, argumenter, négocier et trouver un compromis. Au-delà du travail sur le thème prédéfini, ils pourront également discuter de l'Europe et de nombreux autres sujets, échanger avec des jeunes de tous horizons, découvrir de nouvelles cultures et rentrer avec plein de souvenirs inoubliables.
Nous vous invitons donc chaleureusement à encourager les établissements d'enseignement secondaire dépendant de votre administration / organisation / réseau à s'inscrire, ou bien, si vous êtes un responsable ou un enseignant d'un tel établissement, à inscrire celui-ci – via notre site internet – à ce projet extraordinaire avant le 15 janvier 2010.
